Brand and Logo Customization
Custom handbags are unique bags created by suppliers using specific techniques based on your designs and ideas, and then printed with your brand name and logo.
Your brand name and logo are what fundamentally differentiate you from other brands.
The table below lists the seven most common logo types and their usage requirements, making it easy for you to quickly find the brand solution that best suits your current needs.

- Using metal or TPU logos can make your handbag look more upscale, but you should consider whether the MOQ is suitable for your brand’s current situation.
- If you are launching fabric handbags that are meant to match a clothing collection, you can consider using woven labels.
- For startup brands, we recommend logo types that do not have MOQ requirements. Simple designs and files are all that’s needed.

Size and Shape Customization
In the process of customizing handbags, these are the most common and popular customization options, besides the logo.
Customers simply provide some pictures of the handbag (reference image, AI image, etc.), as well as desired size and shape, and we can replicate 85%-90% of the requirements. If the customer can provide a physical sample of the handbag, we can replicate almost 100% of the requirements.
Typically, based on reference images or AI images and reference dimensions alone, we can achieve approximately 85% similarity in the first sample. After the customer receives the initial sample and provides feedback, we can achieve over 95% similarity in the second iteration.
Please note: Due to practical limitations, 100% similarity is not achievable in many cases.

Material and Color Customization
Sometimes, in order to make their brands stand out, customers may request that bags be made with special colors and materials, such as vegan leather with a striped effect.
This customization is possible if you select materials and colors from the swatches provided by our long-term suppliers.
We work with dozens of reliable material suppliers. Customers can choose from hundreds of materials, each offering dozens to hundreds of color options.
You can choose one or more materials and colors to customize your bag.

However, if the material or color you require is not available on the market, this service may not be suitable for all customers due to high minimum order quantities (MOQ).
Regarding custom new colors, based on existing PU materials (i.e., using the same texture as existing PU materials), the MOQ for custom colors is approximately 300 meters. For a medium-sized tote bag, 300 meters of material is equivalent to the amount needed for about 600 bags.
For fabric, such as canvas, nylon, etc., the MOQ for custom colors is even higher, approximately 600-1000 meters.
It’s important to note that custom colors can’t be guaranteed to be 100% identical to Pantone colors. Because the material supplier’s technical database does not contain the technical formula for these custom colors, only 90%-95% similarity can be achieved.
Regarding completely new custom materials, i.e., materials that are not currently available on the market (exclusive materials for your brand), the MOQ may be as high as 1000 meters or more, and additional mold fees will be required.
Your order quantity needs to reach more than 2000 units of a single color to fully utilize these custom materials.
Of course, if your brand’s order volume is large enough, then custom materials and colors are perfectly feasible.
It only requires an additional 5-15 days for customization. If planned in advance, this will not affect the order delivery time.

Hardware Customization
The quality of handbag hardware significantly impacts consumer perception of your brand.
Even a well-designed handbag made with high-end materials can suffer in sales if the hardware is of poor quality.
For example, a genuine leather bag using an ordinary nylon zipper. We’re not saying nylon zippers are bad, but they don’t match the positioning of this genuine leather bag.
Therefore, more and more customers are demanding higher quality hardware when customizing handbags, and are also inquiring about hardware with brand logos.
Let’s answer these questions one by one:
1. Available common hardware colors: In the handbag manufacturing industry, nickel (sometimes also called Silver), gunmetal, and light gold are the most common and widely available hardware colors on the market. Customers can freely choose their preferred hardware color for their custom designs. Other hardware colors (such as rose gold, antique bronze, etc.) may only be available for certain hardware components and may not be available as a complete set of accessories for custom handbags.
2. Hardware types and specifications: Customers can choose suitable hardware components based on your design, and select appropriate specifications and functions, such as D-rings, hooks, magnetic closures, zippers, etc. If the customer does not specify the hardware specifications, we will select suitable hardware components based on our years of production experience and your design requirements.
3. Customizing hardware with brand logos: This is a question many customers are concerned about. The reality is: customizing hardware with brand logos requires a large minimum order quantity (approximately 1000-1500 pieces per style and color), and also requires an additional mold fee (approximately $100-300). Each design change (such as size adjustments) will incur an additional mold fee. While this customized hardware can indeed enhance design and brand image, we do not recommend this service for startup brands.

Step 1: Understand Your Needs

Step 4: Sample Making and Confirmation
Once you accept our reference price, sample making time and cost, confirm all details, and pay 100% of the sample fee, we will begin making your sample.
The sample fee depends on the materials and complexity of your design.
Sample making time: Approximately 2-3 weeks
After finished, the sample will be sent to your office, which will take approximately 1 week. We will update you with an accurate quotation (based on the completed sample).
Please provide feedback after receiving the sample.
Typically, some handbag designs can be confirmed after the first sample, while others require 1-2 revisions before final confirmation.
If everything goes smoothly, we will move on to the next step: mass production.
Step 5: Mass Production and Shipping
After confirming the samples and details, we will begin the mass production process:
Deposit Payment: Usually 30%. Bank transfer is the standard payment method. We recommend using Wise, as it is very convenient and fast, and also friendly to customers with small orders.
Preparing Mass Production Materials: After receiving your deposit, our team will hold an internal meeting to begin purchasing the materials needed for your order.
Production Progress Updates: During production, we will regularly update you on the progress, updating you when it reaches 30%, 70%, and 100% completion.
Inspection and Packaging: Our QCs will inspect all handbags one by one before packaging.
Balance Payment and Shipping: After packaging is complete, we will send you photos of the packaging, and then you will need to pay the remaining 70%. We will arrange shipment according to the export terms stated on the contract.

- Simple Customization (Logo): Delivery time 40-45 days (same as standard)
- Medium Customization (+special materials/+special technique): Delivery time 45-55 days
